Design Philosophy: In collaboration with the owners, GF30A fused old-world French charm—ornate crown molding, rich wood, and nature-inspired patterns—with the laid-back feel of a beach house. The result? A seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living, highlighted by an open floor plan and streamlined design, all while staying on budget.

Materials and Techniques: We incorporated energy-efficient windows and doors to keep heat out while letting in natural light, enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow. By following best building practices, we created a home that’s both stylish and low-maintenance.

Challenges and Solutions: Exterior door delays were no match for our team; we stayed on schedule by expertly drying in the exterior openings. When the owners switched their interior doors mid-project, we quickly adjusted the schedule and interior trim design, keeping the build on track.

Customization and Personalization

Client Preferences: The owners envisioned a seamless indoor-outdoor transition. We achieved this by matching the Lanai tile with the interior tile, creating a continuous flow through the full-wall sliding doors. Custom garage doors, a front entry door, and wood finishes were carefully selected to complement the overall design. The custom-built pool was crafted to enhance the outdoor living space.

Unique Features: The home’s entry features a stunning marble diamond floor pattern with a wood border, perfectly centered beneath a chandelier. Custom cabinets reveal a hidden scullery entrance, and built-ins surround the living room fireplace. In the primary bathroom, a custom valance captures the owner’s vision, while creatively designed bunk beds add flair to the guest room. The Lanai’s tongue-and-groove ceilings elevate the outdoor space to a new level of luxury.
